Level 1 - Children learn to read three letter words with a vowel in the medial position and simple sentences.

Programme Overview
Starters, Bronze YLTE
Children learn basic sentences in English, build basic English Vocabulary, and familiarize themselves with the alphabet and pronunciation of English letters and numbers.
Movers, Silver YLTE (Level A1 CEFR)
This level builds on the language learned at Starters level and helps children to understand basic phrases and instructions in English, and identify many everyday objects and place them in familiar context.
Flyers, Gold (Level A2 CEFR)
This level helps learners to understand simple questions and instructions in English, express simple opinions or needs in English, and complete forms or provide personal information.

Key English Test (KET) (Level A2 CEFR)
Tests a learner’s ability to understand simple questions and instructions in English, express simple opinions or needs in English, complete forms and write short messages related to personal information.
Preliminary English Test (PET) (Level B1 CEFR)
Tests a learner’s ability to understand the main points of straightforward instructions or public announcements in English, deal with most of the situations they might meet when travelling, ask simple questions and take part in factual conversation in work settings, and write letters or make notes on familiar matters.
First Certificate in English (FCE) (Level B2 CEFR)
Tests a learner’s ability to communicate confidently in familiar study environments, speak and use English in real-life work situations, and develop their English language skills towards higher level qualifications.
Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) (Level C1 CEFR)
Empowers learners to follow any undergraduate academic course, participate with confidence in academic seminars, carry out complex and challenging research, and communicate effectively at managerial level.
Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) (Level C2 CEFR)
The exam gives an in-depth assessment of a learner’s ability and fluency at Level C2. This gives the learner skills to study postgraduate level, debate and lead academic tutorials and seminars, lead on high-level research projects, and communicate at board level. It proves that a learner is able to use English at near-native levels in a wide range of situations.
OTHER ENGLISH COURSES
Programme Overview
Vocational English courses in specific career paths ranging from kindergarten teaching, nursing and finance to secretarial, tourism and IT.
A learner chooses his/her field of study out of the 20 courses available. This is a complete course and upon successful completion of the course, a learner is awarded a Certificate of Attendance by the University of Greenwich. When a learner who successfully passes any of the available 20 specialized examinations, he/she is awarded an Examination Certificate by The University of Greenwich. As the certificates are awarded by such educational institution as the University of Greenwich, international professional recognition is guaranteed.
The examination focuses on specific notions and functions, vocabulary and terminology, ways of communicating, reading comprehension, listening and writing related to the specific field of study. The structure of the examination is designed to meet the requirements for various fields, taught in vocational schools, technical colleges, institutes and universities.
Note: These courses are available on requests only with a minimum of five learners in a class.
